Am i the only one who gets energetic after...
oddly, i used up most to all my energy while lifting but minutes after… im ecstatic!?! Sure im sore to the point where a gallon of milk shakes while i try to pour it into a cup. But c’mon… should’ve thought this one out, i need my intake of protein!!! if i dont have atleast 150 grams of protein… i might… i might.. … Gaaaaah!
